**Looking for a Residential Landscape Architect / Landscape Draftsperson – ACT** I’m looking for an experienced **Landscape Architect or Landscape Draftsperson** who is familiar with **ACT residential landscape requirements and approval standards**. The work will involve taking landscape concepts/designs and developing them into **professional, submission-ready landscape drawings** for residential projects in Canberra. **Scope may include:** * Professional CAD drafting of residential landscape plans * Landscape documentation suitable for **ACT approval/submission requirements** * Planting plans and schedules * Hardscape, paving and surface layouts * Levels, grading and basic drainage considerations * Setbacks, easements and utility/service areas * Dimensions, annotations and construction details where required * Reviewing drawings for compliance with relevant ACT requirements * Revisions where required for approval I’m ideally looking for someone who has **previous experience preparing landscape documentation for ACT residential projects** and understands local planning/development requirements. This could potentially become **ongoing project-based work** for the right person. Looking for a experienced paving installer to help with a backyard job. Paving area is 2 M x 2.5 M aprox. The job involves moving materials from outside the house to backyard, prepping the base, and laying concrete blocks in a shape already left open by landscaper (see photos). All corner Blocks would need to be cut to fit in as this is a shape that fits together but irregular at corners. Level to match the decking material level. I am thinking of ordering 1.5T sand to fill the hole. You can suggest otherwise upon measure of the hole.

Backyard section (see photo) needs full preparation and paving for the marked area only. Scope of work * Approximate area: right-hand section of lawn, about 6.5 m x 2.4–3.3 m, currently grass/soil. * Remove existing grass, loose soil, and any debris from the marked area and around the pit/grate. * Level and compact the ground to create an even base suitable for pavers, allowing for appropriate fall away from house and drainage pit. Paving requirements * Supply and install compacted road base and bedding sand to standard paving depth. * Lay outdoor pavers (I can supply, or you can quote to supply and install – please specify in your offer). * Cut pavers as needed around edges and drainage, and fill joints with sand for a neat, stable finish. Cleanup and disposal * Remove all excavated soil, offcuts, old turf and other waste from site; include tipping fees in your quote. * Final clean of paved area and surrounding space so it is ready to use. Other details * Property is in The Ponds, NSW; easy side access for wheelbarrow and materials. * Please only quote if you have experience with small backyard paving/landscaping jobs and your own tools and compactor. * Include an estimated start date, duration, and whether materials are included or labour-only in your offer.
