I need a full set of fitout drawings prepared for a dental surgery, ready for builder pricing and building permit lodgement. I have a complete reference set from a previous dental clinic that shows the exact standard, scope and sheet list I want replicated for my tenancy — I'll share it with shortlisted taskers. Project: Dental consulting rooms, Tenancy 4B, Dayton Central Local Centre, Repton Street, Dayton WA. ~200 m², 3 treatment rooms plus consult, reception/waiting, steri, OPG, kitchenette, plant/pump room and toilet. I'll supply the existing architectural fitout plan and the landlord's base-building floor & ceiling plans (CAD/PDF). Drawing set required (A3, 1:50, same as my reference set): 1. Floor plan – dimensioned, room labels, door/window schedule 2. Set-out dimension plan – dental chair positions + service trenches 3. Hydraulics – 50mm waste, cold water, compressed air & suction to each chair, pipe sizes/falls, back to pump room (Cattani or equivalent) 4. Electrical – GPOs, data, chair services, x-ray/OPG, body-protected area to AS 3003, EDB 5. Floor finishes plan 6. Mechanical / air conditioning – diffusers, returns, pump room zoning 7. Fire services – detectors, sprinklers, extinguishers, exit signage 8. Design concept / finishes & colour schedule 9. Front elevation + shopfront signage 10. Joinery sections / elevations Deliverables: full PDF set + editable CAD (DWG). Drawings to comply with NCC/BCA, relevant Australian Standards and AS1428.1 access requirements, and be formatted for City of Swan building permit lodgement. In your offer please include: your relevant qualification (building designer / draftsperson / consultant), examples of similar dental or medical fitouts, fee, and turnaround.
