I installed an Elemex e-bike conversion kit on my bicycle, but the motor is not working properly. The symptoms are: * The Pedal Assist System (PAS) does not work. * When I use the throttle, the rear wheel spins when I lift it off the ground. * However, when the rear wheel is on the ground, the motor cannot turn the wheel and makes a knocking/grinding or “clunking” sound, as if it doesn’t have enough power. * Previously, the throttle also caused an E07 error after about one second. * I have checked the connectors and they appear to be properly connected. I’m looking for someone experienced with e-bike conversion kits to diagnose and repair the problem, particularly the motor, controller, Hall sensors and PAS system. Please let me know if you have experience troubleshooting Elemex or similar e-bike conversion kits.

I’m looking for a quote from a bicycle mechanic or bicycle shop confirming that my carbon bicycle wheel is non repairable due to the structure of the wheel from a safety perspective. Happy to send you photographs of the damaged wheel so you are able to confirm. They need written confirmation from a qualified bicycle repair shop or specialist confirming that the carbon wheel is structurally damaged and cannot be safely repaired and requires replacement. The written assessment should ideally include the reason why the wheel cannot be repaired and, where possible, be provided on the repair shop's letterhead or official documentation.
