Job Title: Mailchimp & ClickFunnels Expert Needed (Lead Import, Tagging, Automation Setup) Job Description: We are running a ClickFunnels-based funnel and need an experienced email marketing specialist to help us properly set up our Mailchimp system for lead management and conversion. This is not just a simple data import task — we are looking for someone who understands funnel logic, segmentation, and email automation. Current Setup: Leads are collected via ClickFunnels (free book funnel) We have existing lead data (emails, names, some order status) We are using Mailchimp for email marketing Scope of Work: Data Handling & Import Export leads from ClickFunnels (we will provide access or CSV) Clean and format data properly (remove duplicates, fix formatting) Import contacts into Mailchimp correctly Ensure proper audience setup and avoid duplication issues Tagging & Segmentation Set up clear tagging structure (e.g. lead, paid, unpaid, buyers, etc.) Organize contacts into logical segments for targeting Ensure future scalability of segmentation Automation Setup Set up basic email automation flows, including: Follow-up for unpaid leads Upsell sequences (checklist / mini course / main course) Ensure emails are triggered based on user behavior or tags Integration Connect ClickFunnels to Mailchimp (API integration) Ensure new leads are automatically synced into Mailchimp Map fields correctly (name, email, tags, etc.) Requirements: Strong experience with Mailchimp automation and segmentation Experience with ClickFunnels integration Understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion Ability to structure clean and scalable tagging systems
