I’m looking for someone with experience in landscape design, drafting or property/site planning to help draw up a concept plan for our outdoor area. We have a large property and already have a good idea of what we want. I’m mainly looking for someone who can take our property measurements, existing house position and my ideas and put everything together into a 2D site/master plan so we can see how the entire outdoor space will look. The plan would include things such as: - Existing house position - Shed - Proposed swimming pool and pool surrounds - Outdoor entertaining areas - Lawn areas - Garden beds and landscaping - Driveway - Fencing and gates - Paths/walkways - Trees and planting areas -Any other outdoor features I can provide property dimensions, measurements, photos, aerial images and reference pictures showing the style and layout I’m wanting. I’m not looking for construction or council drawings, this is just a design/concept plan so we can work out the overall layout and positioning of everything. I can provide all my ideas, aerial photos, measurements, pinterest boards for inspo etc

UNDER 18s / FIRST-TIME CHILD CARERS CONSIDERED! Do kids love you? 🥰 Are you often told you’re great with young kids? Do you enjoy getting on a kid’s level - Imagination, nursery rhymes, fun play, exploring & seeing the world through their eyes? I’m a single mum who’s recently moved house & could really use an extra pair of hands. We’re currently living out of suitcases, baskets & boxes, & I’m struggling to unpack/organise while keeping up with my 2yo — I can’t find a thing! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m looking for help THIS WEEKEND — Sat or Sun — for a few hrs, with the possibility of ongoing casual care if we’re a good fit. I’m looking for someone kind, enthusiastic & comfortable with toddlers to spend time entertaining him while I focus on getting the house organised. He usually naps 2–3hrs from around 1pm, so there’s flexibility with timing. I’m also flexible going forward — weekends & potentially 1–2 days during the week. Even an occasional hr to take him for a walk, play or little outing would make a HUGE difference. If you’d like extra hrs, I may also have little jobs you can help with — organising his bedroom/wardrobe, setting up play spaces, preparing smoothies, laundry, dishes or other household organising. I’m also open to someone without formal experience. As I’ll be home, I can support & guide you. Personality, patience & genuinely enjoying kids are most important to me. I’d love to find someone my son can become familiar with, have fun with, explore & learn alongside.
