Looking for an architect or experienced building designer to refine the exterior of our single-storey brick home on a corner block. This is a design-only brief focused on achieving a modern coastal/Scandinavian look through minimal intervention (removing and simplifying, not rebuilding). Scope: - Front + side elevation concept (corner-facing) - Fence design (front + side) that complements the facade while maintaining openness - Clear direction on what to remove, simplify, retain, and enhance - Material and colour specification, including: Brick finish (bagging + limewash) Roof colour Gutters, trims, downpipes Any feature elements (e.g. lighting, timber battens, garage door) Key requirement: Strong understanding of real-world colour and material application (e.g. how roof colours read in sunlight, undertones, longevity, compatibility with limewash, timber weathering, etc). I’m looking for an experienced draftsperson or building designer to revise an existing set of residential decking plans to be compliant to Australian standards and Banyule Council. Important: Fixed-price job including all revisions required for approval. --- Scope of Work: Update drawings as follows: 1. Fence Height - Add note: North side fence height = 1930mm 2.
