Interior Designer Wanted – Premium New Build Looking for an experienced interior designer for a premium new home build. I am seeking a designer who can deliver a complete, cohesive design package covering concept through to documentation suitable for construction. The full scope is expected to include: overall design concept and look and feel 2D and 3D documentation for key spaces for trade use finishes, fixtures and fittings selections and schedules (internal and external) lighting selections detailed drawings, schedules and supporting specifications suitable for build organised documentation provided via Dropbox or similar I would prefer to begin with a small initial stage to assess design approach and suitability before proceeding to the full scope. Stage 1 (to be quoted separately): mood board high-level material and colour direction concept ideas for key areas short explanation of design approach Please include with your quote: your fee for Stage 1 what is included in your quotation examples of similar new build projects references estimated timeframes your experience with full design and documentation packages Total design budget for the full project is approximately $10,000, subject to scope and suitability. ’m looking for an experienced architectural drafter/building designer to help redraw plans and prepare a Development Application (DA) package for submission to council in NSW.
