Draftsperson Needed – 1:200 Scale Plans for Proposed Gym Renovation Looking for an experienced draftsperson/architectural designer to prepare 1:200 scale drawings for a proposed The Yard Gym fit-out in Seaford, SA. We require the following drawings as part of the package: * Site plan * Existing internal floor plan * Elevations * Proposed construction / renovation plan We already have: * Existing floor plan of the property * Concept design for the proposed gym layout * Photos and a walkthrough video if required * Measurements and additional information if needed We are looking for someone who can take the existing floor plan and our concept design and combine the two into a practical proposed renovation layout, rather than starting from a completely empty shell. We would like the final drawings prepared accurately at 1:200 scale and suitable for use as part of a council/DA planning application. Experience with South Australian council/DA drawings and commercial fit-outs would be highly preferred. Please let me know your experience, estimated turnaround time and price. Thanks!

I’m looking for an experienced joinery drafter / kitchen and wardrobe designer to properly document kitchen and wardrobe design for a residential renovation in sketch-up. Kitchen and wardrobes have already been substantially designed, including layouts, dimensions, cabinetry configurations, appliance locations and the general material/design direction. I am not looking for someone to redesign the spaces from scratch. I need someone with good joinery knowledge to take the existing designs, check that they work technically, resolve any minor details where required, and produce a professional and accurate set of 2D joinery drawings and corresponding 3D visuals. Scope includes: ● Kitchen cabinetry and island ● Kitchen appliance cabinetry/pantry ● Wardrobes for several bedrooms ● Internal wardrobe configurations 2D documentation required: ● Dimensioned plans ● Dimensioned elevations ● Cabinet widths, heights and depths ● Door and drawer configurations ● Internal wardrobe layouts including hanging, shelving and drawers ● Kitchen cabinet internals where relevant ● Appliance locations and integration ● Fillers, panels and end panels ● Benchtop dimensions/thicknesses ● Cabinetry profiles and finishes ● Handles/hardware locations ● Relevant construction/joinery notes ● Any important sections/details required to clearly communicate the design to a cabinetmaker The drawings should be detailed enough to allow cabinetmakers/joiners to accurately understand the design and quote from them. 3D required: I would also like the documented design translated into an accurate 3D model so I can properly visualise the kitchen and wardrobes before manufacture.

We are planning a kitchen & bar renovation and will be working with the cabinet maker, however we need finalised kitchen design plans to present them. We have had plans drawn up by a qualified interior designer, however there are now a few changes we need to make and our previous Interior Designer isnt able to do this for us. I am looking for someone who is qualified & knows what they are doing to essentially redraw these plans in CAD to help us bring the kitchen and bar to life. We know what we want, we just need someone to help get it on paper properly
