We’re looking for an experienced residential designer, architectural draftsperson or space planner to help us rethink the internal layout of our existing home and make the best possible use of the space we already have. We are not extending the footprint or roofline of the house. The focus is on reconfiguring the existing internal space to improve room sizes, bathrooms, storage, flow and overall functionality. We already have the original CAD drawings, which we can provide, along with photos and our ideas on what we’d like to change. We’re looking for someone who can: * Review the existing floor plan and understand what we’re trying to achieve * Give us advice on the best use of the available space, rather than simply drawing what we tell them * Identify opportunities or layout ideas we may not have considered * Develop 2–3 initial floor plan/layout concepts for us to consider * Work with us to refine the preferred option * Produce an updated CAD floor plan of the final layout This is primarily a residential design and space-planning exercise. We’re not looking for council/planning or building permit drawings at this stage. Ideally, we’d like someone who has experience with renovations and reconfiguring existing homes, particularly making clever use of existing space.

I have architectural plans, but changes have been made on site. Please review these alongside current photos, videos and measurements, identify discrepancies and adapt the design to what has actually been built. I need practical recommendations to improve workflow, safety and appearance, as well as updated drawings. I’m looking for an experienced architect, commercial interior designer or entertainment-venue designer to develop the concept for a new arcade/entertainment venue in Burundi. The irregular site has approximate boundary lengths of 52m, 38m, 26m, 9m, 40m and 47m. I’ve attached a document showing the site shape, dimensions, satellite location and GPS coordinates. I have ideas for some attractions and facilities, but no experience designing or operating an arcade. I need someone who can advise what the venue should include and propose a practical overall concept — not simply draw what I request. The design should consider: arcade machines/attractions and entertainment areas reception/ticketing and prize/redemption toilets, staff, storage and service areas customer flow, accessibility and maintenance access security/CCTV and access control fire safety, emergency exits and evacuation electrical loads, backup power, lighting and air-conditioning plumbing, internet/networking and acoustics signage, exterior appearance and site access The design must suit construction and operation in Burundi. Please identify where local approvals, specialist engineering or licensed professionals will be needed for later coordination with local architects, engineers and contractors. Ideally, deliverables would include concept/site planning, floor plans, equipment/space layouts, interior/exterior design ideas, 3D visuals and recommendations for anything important I may have overlooked.
