I’m travelling to China to purchase these items, so I need specific colour names, finishes and reference images/swatches that I can show directly to suppliers. Remote Interior Designer / Stylist – Whole Home Colour Palette & DIY Makeover Plan I’m looking for an interior designer, stylist or experienced colour consultant to help me develop a cohesive look and feel for my home, with a focus on affordable, achievable DIY changes rather than major renovations. This can be completed remotely. I will provide clear photos/videos of the rooms, measurements where needed, and inspiration images showing styles and colours I’m drawn to. What I’m looking for I’d like help to: * Establish an overarching design aesthetic for the whole home * Develop a cohesive colour palette that flows from room to room * Recommend paint colours, finishes, textures and materials * Create mood boards/design direction for the key rooms * Suggest achievable DIY projects and improvements * Work with the existing structure, layout and as much existing furniture as possible * Recommend things like curtains, rugs, lighting, hardware, peel-and-stick tiles/wallpaper, artwork, accessories and furniture updates * Identify where spending a little more would have the biggest impact * Provide a shopping/product list, ideally using products readily available in Australia The overall goal I’m not looking for a high-end renovation plan or architectural drawings. I want someone with a great eye for colour, texture and personality who can look at what I already have and help me turn it into a home that feels considered, cohesive and interesting. I’m very happy to paint, decorate, upcycle and undertake DIY projects myself. I mainly need someone to help establish the **overall creative direction and give me a practical roadmap to follow**. I’d love to see examples of styling projects or similar e-design work when responding.

Draftsperson Needed – 1:200 Scale Plans for Proposed Gym Renovation Looking for an experienced draftsperson/architectural designer to prepare 1:200 scale drawings for a proposed The Yard Gym fit-out in Seaford, SA. We require the following drawings as part of the package: * Site plan * Existing internal floor plan * Elevations * Proposed construction / renovation plan We already have: * Existing floor plan of the property * Concept design for the proposed gym layout * Photos and a walkthrough video if required * Measurements and additional information if needed We are looking for someone who can take the existing floor plan and our concept design and combine the two into a practical proposed renovation layout, rather than starting from a completely empty shell. We would like the final drawings prepared accurately at 1:200 scale and suitable for use as part of a council/DA planning application. Experience with South Australian council/DA drawings and commercial fit-outs would be highly preferred. Please let me know your experience, estimated turnaround time and price. Thanks!
