Hey! I'm after a reliable, switched-on housekeeper for an ongoing role at my Perth apartment. Starting at 2 days/week (2-3 hrs/day), likely expanding to 3. I work from home, so you'll often have me around. Need someone who can work independently without being told twice. Pay: $40-45/hr depending on experience, open to negotiation. This is more household reset than standard clean. I'm "big picture," not "small details," so I value someone who notices what quietly piles up (dishes, mail on the bench, washing left in the machine, a cupboard sliding into chaos) and just sorts it. If that sounds satisfying, keep reading. WHAT'S INVOLVED *Cleaning Full clean: vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen Changing, washing, drying and remaking beds General reset - dishes, wiping/tidying surfaces *Laundry Washing, drying, folding/hanging and putting away laundry (washer/dryer on-site) Finishing the full cycle, not just starting it *Organisation Reorganising cupboards/storage so things have a proper "home" Setting up simple, easy-to-maintain systems with me Keeping systems from unravelling over time *Groceries & supplies Placing weekly grocery order (sorted together) Home to receive delivery, let them through building security Unpacking and putting shopping away *Errands Weekly errands - pickups, drop-offs, post office runs Happy to batch these for efficiency *Food prep (nice to have, not essential) Bonus if you enjoy cooking/meal prep, not a dealbreaker if not SCHEDULE 2 days/week to start - ideally Mon/Thurs or Wed/Sun Mornings preferred, open to evenings for the right person Long-term only, not a one-off WHO I'M AFTER - Experienced and good at this work - High attention to detail - Comfortable working independently while I'm around - Trustworthy, easy to have in a private home - Consistent energy every visit - Police Clearance (within 3 months) or able to get one, plus valid WWCC - Must have an ABN for invoicing
