Hi I'm looking to hire someone to consult me virtually on a weekly basis to advice key core and strength training at home workouts for me to build muscle and bone strength. I recently took a fall and my doctor has advised me to focus more on building up my muscle mass and bone strength as I get older. My goal is not to be jacked. I just want so focus on mobility. I'm currently in my 30s and it concerns me that I'm not even able to do a dead hang. I'm looking for an online coach who will instruct me with at home exercises every weekend and I will work on these instructions and report back every fortnight. I'm also looking for an instructor who is kind, encouraging and isn't going to body shame or talk about my weight. Please keep in mind I'm recovering from various eating disorders so receiving any comments about my weight (despite how well it's worded) does affect me negatively so please don't mention about weight at all.

I'm looking for an experienced, results-driven personal trainer to guide me through a structured 8–12 month weight loss journey. I'm currently 103kg at 5'11" and my goal is to get under 80kg. I'm ready to commit fully for the right person — this isn't a short-term task, I'm after a long-term coaching relationship. • A structured, progressive workout plan tailored to my starting point and goals • Regular updates as I progress, with form guidance and adjustments where needed • Suitable for a beginner-to-intermediate fitness level Nutrition & Meal Planning • A simple, repeatable meal plan built around Indian vegetarian and chicken dishes • I'm genuinely happy eating the same meals repeatedly for weeks or months at a time — I don't need variety, I need simplicity and consistency • Practical recipes and portion guidance that fit around a busy work and family schedule Trainer Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal trainer or online coach • Genuine, verifiable client results — before/after photos, testimonials, or case studies • Strong track record specifically with sustainable weight loss (not just muscle building) • Comfortable delivering this entirely remotely via video calls and an app-based system Location Flexibility • I'm based in Perth, Western Australia • If you're located North of the River (Joondalup, Edgewater, Wanneroo, Currambine, etc.), I'm open to in-person training instead, and I'll cover the cost of a gym membership so we can train together
