I'm launching a mobile app for car enthusiasts. It's got a digital garage, photo realistic car customisation, a peer to peer parts and car marketplace, a build tracker and community features. We're going into closed beta now in Australia with a public launch to follow. I'm after a marketing/GTM strategist to build me the launch plan. We already have a big warm audience, a 50,000+ member Australian car enthusiast community. That's the opportunity and the risk at the same time. We get one shot at a first impression so I need someone who knows how to turn a warm community into active users without burning it. This isn't a cold start and I'm not after someone who just wants to run paid ads. I need proper community led launch thinking. Current Situation: I have access to Meta Business Suite and can successfully log in on both desktop and mobile. I can view and manage the Facebook business assets assigned to me. However, I cannot access or manage the associated Instagram account through Meta Business Suite. When attempting to access Instagram functions, Meta prompts me to log in with an Instagram email address and password. This occurs on both laptop and mobile devices. Please investigate and advise: Whether the Instagram account is already connected within Meta Business Manager / Business Suite. Whether additional permissions, roles, or asset access need to be assigned. Whether another email address, phone number, Meta account, or account owner is associated with the Instagram account and should be used for verification. The best process for restoring access without disrupting existing business assets. Any steps required to regain publishing and management access to the Instagram account.
