Need a CDC feasibility assessment and concept refinement for a residential project in Ettalong Beach NSW. Project: * Existing concept for a new double-storey coastal style home * White weatherboard cladding with stone/marble features * Single garage * Self-contained granny flat at rear (bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area) * Covered outdoor entertaining area connecting the main house and granny flat * Pool, decking area and sauna * Approximate block size between 530sqm and 580sqm * Frontage approximately 13m+ What I need: 1. Review my concept and determine whether it can be approved under CDC in NSW. 2. Advise the key constraints including: * Building height * Setbacks * Site coverage * Landscaped area * Granny flat compliance * Pool requirements * Any other CDC restrictions 3. Optimise the concept to maximise internal living space while remaining CDC compliant. 4. Produce: * Site plan * Ground floor concept plan * First floor concept plan * Preliminary dimensions * CDC compliance summary 5. Provide options for both: * Approx. 530sqm block * Approx. 580sqm block Preference: Experience with Central Coast NSW projects, CDC approvals, granny flats and coastal-style homes. Looking for an experienced microcement applicator or specialised plasterer to update my bathroom by coating directly over the existing tiles. Approx 9 sq metres. Project Scope: Surface: Existing tiles (all are currently structural, clean, and firmly attached). Tasks required: Deep clean/prep, epoxy priming, installing fiberglass reinforcement mesh (to cover grout joints), applying microcement base and finish coats, and applying a high-quality waterproof polyurethane sealer. Materials: Please specify if your quote includes the microcement kit/sealer or if you want me to supply it. Please share photos of your previous microcement or rendering work when making an offer.

I'm looking for an experienced furniture designer, industrial designer, furniture maker, upholsterer, metal fabricator, or commercial furniture manufacturer to help develop and build a unique outdoor seating piece for use within a premium event-hire business. I have a strong concept and general design direction in mind, but I'm looking for someone who can collaborate on refining the design, improving functionality, and determining the best construction and manufacturing approach. The piece will need to be: Visually distinctive and premium Suitable for outdoor use Durable and transportable Comfortable and practical for repeated event use Capable of being produced initially as a prototype, with a small production run of approximately 3 units A key requirement is that the furniture is designed and built for commercial use in Australia. I'm seeking someone who understands commercial furniture requirements and can advise on appropriate safety, durability, stability and engineering considerations. Experience with hospitality, event, commercial, public-space or outdoor furniture is highly desirable. I'm open to engaging someone for all or part of the process, including: Concept refinement Design development CAD drawings Engineering coordination Prototype manufacture Metal fabrication Joinery Upholstery Final production Please include: Examples of similar work Your location Services you can provide Estimated budget range Approximate lead time Any experience with commercial furniture standards, engineering sign-off, compliance requirements, or commercial-grade furniture manufacturing This may become the first piece in a broader collection of custom event furniture, so I'm interested in building a long-term relationship with the right designer, fabricator, or manufacturing partner. Looking for a handyman to do a variety of tasks through a small 80sqm 2 bed/1 bath home to get it ready for renters. Current task list is below, expect it to be around 1-2 days of work. You should be able to provide your own tools and materials, or we are happy to be billed with receipts if an estimate can be provided: - putty wall cracks and paint touch up on damaged areas only (not full repaint)- note we will supply paint for this - paint discolouration on ceiling in kitchen and hallway - clean mildew off bathroom ceiling and paint touch up - recaulk bathroom, around basin and shower screen - clean gutters - draught proof and seal gaps between skirts and floor board - replace kitchen extractor fan - sand and refinish around 2sqm of hardwood floor in the lounge Happy for you to come and inspect before formalising your quote, but please provide your rough estimate here to begin with. The home will be full vacated by Saturday 26 June, and projects must be completed by or before 29 June
