Licensed Gasfitter Needed – Temporarily Disconnect & Reconnect Archer Gas Log Heater I’m looking for an appropriately licensed gasfitter to temporarily disconnect and move an Archer flued gas log heater so I can remove water-damaged carpet and underlay from underneath and behind the heater and allow the concrete floor to dry. Work required: • Safely disconnect the gas heater and move it sufficiently to access the flooring underneath/behind it. • Safely cap/isolate the gas connection while the heater is disconnected. • Heater will remain disconnected while I remove the damaged carpet/underlay and allow the concrete to dry. • Return on a separately arranged date to reposition and reconnect the heater. • Ensure the gas and flue connections are correctly reassembled and test the heater for safe operation after reconnection. • Provide any required compliance documentation. Requirements: • Must be appropriately licensed in Victoria for this type of gasfitting work. • Experience with flued gas heaters preferred. • Please provide your licence details. • Please quote separately for the initial disconnection/moving of the heater and the subsequent return visit for reconnection/testing. The heater is an Archer gas log heater. The framing around the heater shown in the photos can be removed. Thank you.

Offer negotiable. I can pick up the finished product on the weekend (need to be within 30 min driving distance from Glen Waverley). Please leave comment on your offer and pick-up suburb - thank you! > > > 10 x Wood stands (please see attached blue print) • 5 × Units: 50cm Total Length • 5 × Units: 60cm Total Length 1. Critical Non-Negotiables (Red on Diagram) • Total Overall Height: Must be exactly 11cm from the floor to the top surface across all 10 units. • Total Length: Must be exactly 50cm or 60cm (as specified above). 2. Flexible Dimensions - but aim as close as possible (Black on Diagram) • Width: Aim for ~12cm. Using standard off-the-shelf 116mm DAR Pine is highly preferred to eliminate width-trimming labor. • Thickness: Standard 18mm or 19mm off-the-shelf stock is preferred. • Suggestion on Cuts: If using standard 19mm stock, cross-cut your legs to exactly 91mm to hit the mandatory 11cm overall height. 3. Joinery & Assembly Rules • Joint Type: Simple butt joints are OK. • Fastening: Fix using premium PVA wood glue combined with timber screws. • Screw Placement: Drive vertically down through the top plate into the legs. • Countersinking: All top screw heads must be countersunk below the surface so the track can sit completely flat. • Flush Ends: The outer faces of the legs must sit completely flush with the ends of the top plate. • Finishing: Lightly sand back all sharp edges and corners.

Plumber needed for fixing a water leaking underneath concrete floor. In my basement, I can hear a spot of water leaking, and feel a particularly wet brick. You will need to break the concrete floor and fix the leak. The tube is probably copper. I will do the concrete paving/recovery by myself.

I need a one-off metal adapter plate made so my Samsung The Frame 32" TV (QA32LS03TBWXXY, 2020) can go on a standard VESA 200 × 200 mm wall mount. This TV uses Samsung’s own wide mounting pattern, so normal 32" mounts don’t fit. The plate copies an existing product, the MonLines V071, which isn’t sold in Australia. I have its technical drawing (PDF attached) with the key dimensions: Overall plate: approx. 724 × 419 mm Mount side: VESA 200 × 200 mm hole pattern (M6 or M8 to suit the wall mount) TV side: 4 holes at roughly 584 × 277 mm spacing, for M4 screws TV weight: about 5 kg I’m after: Steel or aluminium plate, around 2–3 mm thick (open to your recommendation) Laser cut or drilled to the drawing, edges deburred Black powder coat or paint preferred, but not essential I can confirm the exact hole positions and sizes on the TV before you start, and I’m happy to send photos of the back of the TV. Ideal for someone with metal fabrication, laser cutting or CNC experience. Location: Sandhurst, Melbourne. Delivery by post is fine. Budget: $150-$200
