We have a very small toilet room that needs - smoothing and filling out some small grout gaps between wall tiles (we’ve done a rough job already) - application of wallpaper to the walls - installation of a small sink (plumbing is already there and fixed to the slab) Floor dimensions = - 126cm from door to the back (or 100cm to the stink pipe) - 76cm width of door (and 59cm width at back of toilet to stink pipe) - 206cm height at door (and 180cm height at back where toilet is) + Possibility of an additional toilet replacement. If so we will need your help and will fall outside this scope, ie includes extra payment of course. This may make the wallpapering easier. We have most of the materials, and will pay for the remainder of materials required, so the price for this job is for labour. Please ask questions as needed.

Hello, Looking for a licensed gas fitter to disconnect and remove an existing gas cooktop, permanently cap off the gas line safely, and perform a full pressure leak check. Please note: No installation of a new cooktop is required for this job. Budget is all-inclusive of your labour, the brass capping fittings/supplies, and the QLD Gas Compliance Certificate for the decommissioning. Please let me know your availability as I need to coordinate with the electrician to install induction cooktop. Location West End, Queensland 10th floor apartment. Electrician required to supply and install conduits and cabling only for future EV charger installation. Terminations by others after I purchase the charger. Route is approx 30m in length - 10m under house along floor joists, 10m underground in rigid conduit before paving by others and 10m in steel conduit saddled to wall. There is 1 drill hole required thru a brick wall. Must supply all materials and labour. Small build preferred to crawl under house as there is only 500mm clearance. Job will be ready in 2-3 weeks after plumbing work is completed. Weekends preferred.
