Looking for a skilled cabinetmaker/carpenter to build a custom floor-to-ceiling storage cabinet with an open bookshelf on one side, similar to the attached reference photos. Job description: Full internal sanitary drainage design covering all fixtures (1 bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, combined with laundry; 1 kitchen) — internal soil and waste pipe layout, floor wastes, fixture connections, pipe sizing, fall gradients, venting, and connection to mains sewer/onsite system as applicable. As the site is H1, the design also needs to show pipe run layout to the point of connection, locations of flexible/articulated joints (slab penetrations, footing crossings, other movement-prone points), and joint type/product specified (WaterMark-approved) — referenced against AS/NZS 3500.2 (Appendix G) and AS 2870. Documentation should be suitable for Council/building approval and licensed plumber sign-off. PDF and CAD plans, structural drawings, and site classification report available to attach for review and quoting. Please confirm licensing and include estimated lead time and design cost range in your quote. Final installation and sign-off to be completed by a licensed plumber/drainer in NSW.

Hey There I'm interested in buying my first 80 series Landcruiser and was looking at a 1996 Standard model. We have already had a general look but would like to have a once over with a professional/someone who knows their way around older 4wd’s with engine suspension etc. On our first look it has some issues which the buying outlined such as two non structural rust spots and weeping front hubs. I’m looking for someone experienced to demolish and remove my existing kitchen and remove the existing kitchen ceiling gyprock. Kitchen demolition: * Remove existing kitchen cabinetry, including base and overhead cupboards * Remove drawers, doors and kickboards * Remove existing benchtop * Remove associated non-structural kitchen fittings as appropriate Ceiling removal: * Remove approximately 17 m² of existing ceiling gyprock/plasterboard * IMPORTANT: Existing cornice must be carefully preserved and remain in place. It must not be damaged or removed. Waste: I will provide a 6 m³ skip bin on site. All demolition waste is to be broken down and placed directly into the skip. No tip run or disposal is required. Please quote for labour only for the above work.
