The plasterboard ceiling has been damaged to due the blind installer punching too many holes and has lost its structural integrity. I would like to install a MDF board within the curtain box so that I can install the blinds onto the MDF instead of the plasterboard ceiling. The existing ceiling is a suspended ceiling. After installing the MDF, all gaps/joints shall be sealed, primed and painted to achieve a smooth finish.

Handyman needed to stop the pan collar seal leak from sewage pip to toilet pan The black rubber seal (pictured) that connects the toilet to the waste pipe is leaking slowly when flushing. I will provide the sealant, so I need a capable handman to apply it to stop the leak. Replacing the pan is out of the question as it is unfortunately thickly tiled into the floor by the previous home owner and a major and costly renovation job. Can work around your schedule when you are in or near Leichhardt 2040. Thank you in advance.
