Hi, I have a 2007 single-storey house in Brisbane. I'm removing a non-load bearing wall for a kitchen reno. As shown in the attached photo, the wall is parallel to the ceiling joists and has no structural connection. I need a simple RPEQ 'Letter of Opinion' for my records. I need all the soil removed from a rooftop garden and taken away from the site, to allow the site to be re-waterproofed. The garden is about 4m x 4m in size and I estimate about 400mm deep. It has foot access from the second floor or a ladder can be put up from the backyard. Soil could also be dropped from the upper floor into a bin/wheelbarrow from the upper floor if you have appropriate equipment. There is side access to the backyard to get the soil out to the street.
