I need an experienced tradesperson to properly repair a shower floor at my investment property in Inala QLD 4077. The shower floor tiles previously lifted and were repaired, but about one month later they lifted again. I am looking for a proper long-term repair, not just re-gluing the loose tiles. Work required: * Remove existing shower floor tiles. * Remove bottom row of wall tiles if required. * Remove shower screen as required. * Check the substrate underneath and repair/replace any normal localised damaged or moisture-affected substrate. * Properly waterproof the shower area. * Screed the floor with correct fall to the drain. * Retile the shower floor and affected bottom wall tiles. * Grout and silicone. * Reinstall the existing shower screen if it can be reused. * Remove all rubbish and leave the area clean. Fixed Price Required Please provide a fixed total price including labour and materials. The fixed price must include any reasonably expected localised substrate repair under the shower floor. I do not want the price increased after the tiles are removed simply because normal moisture damage is found underneath. If a genuinely major/unexpected problem is discovered, please send me photos and a price before doing any extra work. No extra work or additional charges without my approval. On Completion I only require: * Waterproofing certificate/documentation * Written guarantee/warranty and the warranty period Photos of the current shower and previous repair are attached. Seeking a NSW Registered Building Certifier with strong NCC experience to review and provide a short written classification statement for a proposed serviced-accommodation development. I have reviewed the NCC in detail and am confident the proposal can be classified as three separate Class 1b buildings. I need a registered certifier to independently review the documents and, if satisfied, provide a written statement confirming this position. The proposal comprises three separate two-storey buildings, each with 6 single-occupancy accommodation rooms and each under 300 m². The development will ultimately be strata subdivided. The statement needs to address: * Separate Class 1b classification: each building can be independently classified under NCC A6G1 and A6G2, with the occupancy and 300 m² limits applied to each building rather than aggregated across the whole site, including before and after strata subdivision. * Rooms above rooms: the accommodation rooms are not separate dwellings and can be located above other rooms within the same Class 1b building. The review should address the mandatory wording of A6G2 and the fact that the SOU-over-SOU wording is explanatory information, which is non-mandatory under A1G4. I can provide architectural plans, SEE, Operational Management Plan, draft classification statement and local examples of comparable multi-storey/multi-building Class 1b developments. Happy for the review to be completed entirely remotely. Please only respond if you are a suitably registered building certifier able to provide a written professional classification opinion.

Looking for a licensed plumber to safely isolate, disconnect, and permanently cap off the plumbing lines for a kitchen dishwasher cavity. Removal & Disposing of the dishwasher needed also. I will be converting the space into a permanent cupboard. The Appliance: It is a fully integrated Fisher & Paykel double DishDrawer, located directly underneath a wall oven. Location: Annerley, lift to second floor and inside parking in the complex. Timing: Flexible, but looking to book within the next few days. Tasks Required: Safely isolate and disconnect the dishwasher water supply, drainage hose, and electrical connection. Permanently cap off and seal the hot/cold water intake valves and the drain line connection (likely under the adjacent sink) so the cavity is completely safe, dry, and ready for a cabinet insert. Carefully slide the unit out of the cavity without scratching the kitchen floor tiles or damaging the surrounding cabinet/oven frame. Please remove and dispose of the dishwasher also.

I took out the static build in desk in this alcove and was left with what is now seen in 70% of the photos, along with some other ceiling patch works etc. I am looking for an experienced trade professional or tradesman to repair/replace damaged drywall inside a small alcove nook, patch a few ceiling blemishes, and carry out the final painting works. Scope of Work: 1. Plastering & Prep (Walls, Ceiling & Floor Base): please ensure the wall has been replaced with new plasterboard where needed, plaster, paint & finish. The corner of the floor also needs finishing and work done to make it look finished. Happy to take suggestions on how this could be approached. Ceiling Patches: Patch, flush, and sand a few small ceiling blemishes (a couple of old anchor/screw holes, screw marks around a downlight trim, and one short hairline crack). 2. Painting Finish: Prime/undercoat all newly plastered wall and ceiling repair zones. Apply two coats of near matching paint to the entire alcove area and the affected ceiling sections so the patch repairs blend in perfectly with no visible patches or flashing. Requirements: Must bring all your own trade tools, Gyprock sheets, tape, compounds, drop sheets, rollers, and brushes etc Must deliver a premium, smooth, tradesman-like finish ready for handover. Clean and tidy work practice—please protect the tiled floors and clean up all plaster dust and paint splatters before leaving. Location: Annerley Timing: Flexible, looking to get this completed as soon as possible.

I need 5x pieces of black UV-stabilised HDPE, which i plan on using as mounting plates (to go on my external brickwork of my house). Then i am going to mount my hose reels on them. The required dimensions are: 300mm (L) x 300mm (W) and 15mm thick I need the four corners rounded (15mm radius) and the four long edges rounded (full radius / Bullnose finish). Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to extend an existing outdoor patio roof and add guttering, at a commercial premises in West End. Scope of work: - Extend the existing covered outdoor area with a new insulated roof section: approx. 11.5m long x 3.25m wide x 2.65m high to match the existing structure's positioning. - Insulated ceiling panels for the full new section (same product/finish as the existing roof where possible). - Tie the new roof into the existing building/structure so water doesn't leak in between when it rains. - Add insulated ceiling panels to an existing partly-covered section nearby: approx. 2.6m long x 3m wide. - Combined total once finished: approx. 19.2m long x 3.25m wide (~62m² floor area). - Supply and install guttering and downpipes along the new roofline, directing water to ground-level drainage. - Match posts/style/position to the existing structure — new section should sit flush with how the current roof already runs out to the fence. What we're looking for: - Comfortable with patio/roof framing, insulated roof panel installation, and guttering/downpipes. - Happy working from existing measurements/photos, or can come measure onsite. - Own tools and working-at-height equipment. Materials: open to you supplying and quoting materials + labour, or advise separately if you'd prefer to quote labour-only against materials we supply. Access: someone onsite daily from 10:15am for a look, measure, or to discuss the job.
