Events in Portsea on December 4th. Would need to meet the person via zoom/call in the next few weeks to discuss music style. Would be 4-5 hours from 6pm. House Music style with a mix of old music. Would need to bring their own equipment. When you send your offers put the nightclubs, event style you have played at in the past which will help to narrow down if its a good fit. DJ Wanted – 16th Birthday Party | Keysborough We're looking for a fun, confident DJ for our daughter's 16th birthday party in Keysborough, Melbourne. We're very open to an up-and-coming/emerging DJ who knows how to mix and loves music – you definitely don't need to be a big established event DJ! The party will predominantly be teenagers aged around 15–17, and we're looking for someone who can create a proper party/dance-floor atmosphere rather than simply playing songs from a playlist. The music 🎧 Our daughter will provide a large playlist of songs she loves to give you a really good idea of her taste. We're looking for a mix of: Current popular music Current R&B / hip-hop Old-school R&B / 2000s & 2010s Party/dance tracks and remixes House / EDM Finishing the night with a high-energy techno/rave-style set We'd love someone who can read the crowd, mix between genres and build the energy throughout the night. What we're looking for Ideally you: Have genuine DJ/mixing experience – gigs, clubs, parties, online mixes or similar all count! Are comfortable DJing for a teenage crowd Can work from our daughter's playlist while also bringing your own ideas Can share a SoundCloud, Mixcloud, Instagram, TikTok or sample mix so we can hear your style Have your own decks/controller and laptop Please let us know whether you can also provide speakers/subwoofer and dance-floor lighting, or whether your quote is DJ/decks only. We're more interested in finding someone with great music taste, mixing ability and the right vibe than a big commercial DJ company. I’m organising an end of year party and require a DJ to play for 4 hrs from 7.30 to 11:30pm at a venue in Moorabbin. The music should be a mix of old school (80s-2010s) and more contemporary, but leaning a bit older. The target audience is millenials, Gen X with a sprinkling of boomer. We have high energy and love to dance, looking for a DJ who can read the room and pivot when needed. The venue has speakers set up but the DJ will need to bring their own equipment.
