We are a small family run homewares and fashion business on the Sunshine Coast looking for a VA with proven Shopify store and Social Media skills to help manage and maintain our current store and social media profiles. * Be able to keep our platforms up to date with product and content while being accurate and engaging. * Add and edit product and images, descriptions and titles. * Organise collections and navigation menus in Shopify. * Update Web themes and Social Media content as required. * Organise Social media posts for our product range * Set up promotional campaigns and discounts for web and social media. * Manage customer email channels and settings along with customer review app. * Have Canva knowledge and experience for both web and social media post design and creative content. * Pinterst knowledge and experience Requirements : Great communication skills, written and verbal. Be available for zoom meetings when suitable for both parties. Attention to detail with creative flare. Knowledge of and experience with Shopify website management Social media editing and posting skills Canva image editing experience to use across all platforms while maintaining Brand consistency. Provide monthly sales and traffic reports to coincide with work completed. ABN for invoices for our payment to you. Looking for ongoing 10 hours per week after initial introduction to business to commence updates and put a weekly schedule in place.
