I am seeking an experienced Australian grant writer to help strengthen and finalise a Qantas Flight Support Grant application for a small LGBTQIA+ community gardening group based in Brisbane. The group is applying to march in the 2027 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade. Full background information, previous application material and relevant group information will be provided to the successful Tasker. The successful Tasker will need to: 1. Review the Qantas Grant Terms and Conditions and confirm whether a Brisbane based group is eligible. 2. Review the relevant group and Parade application information I provide. 3. Draft and refine compelling, accurate responses to the following grant questions: Why support with Qantas flights would assist the group’s ability to march. The group’s closest airport. Other fundraising or support the group is seeking. Whether the group could participate without flight support. 4. Ensure the responses are specific, persuasive, evidence based and aligned with the grant criteria. 5. Provide final copy ready for me to paste into the application. I will submit the application myself and will not provide account access. Experience with Australian community, arts, events or not for profit grant applications is essential. Please include examples of relevant grant writing experience in your offer. The application closes at 12 pm AEST on Thursday 17 September 2026. I need the final draft by 5 pm AEST on Wednesday 16 September 2026.

I have written a memoir/self-development style book and need someone who can take me through the final stages and make sure everything is formatted, uploaded and presented professionally.
