Looking for an experienced post-renovation cleaner (not a regular house clean) for a 4-bed 2-bath home with alfresco and double garage in Baulkham Hills. Renovation included wall demolition, jackhammer tile removal, plaster sanding, pretty much full repaint (walls/ceilings/doors/wardrobes), new skirtings & architraves, electrical changes, and new hybrid flooring throughout (no bathroom work). Scope is a proper post-reno dust clean: top-to-bottom, walls, doors, skirtings, windows & tracks, wardrobes (inside), light fittings, bathrooms, kitchen, alfresco, garage, and careful cleaning of new hybrid floors. Please confirm: post-reno experience, HEPA vacuum, experience with fresh paint/new floors, insurance, availability, and time estimate. Quality and care matter more than lowest price.

Need end of lease cleaning done at West Ryde 1 bedroom apartment. Flat is fairly clean. Checklist to be done as below. Cleaning Checklist Kitchen cupboard, doors and shelves should be wiped with a damp cloth. Make sure the stove is completely clean. This includes the oven, rangehood grill, drip trays and control panels. Built-up grime must be removed. Bathrooms need to be wiped down & all soap scum removed from the bath & shower areas. Make sure the shower glass is clear and there is no build-up. Remove all mould that may be present in the grout. Carpets should be clean and vacuumed, paying particular attention to the edges. If there are marks or “tracking” on the carpet it will need to be steam-cleaned. All blinds and curtains should be cleaned and free from dust and grease. Any mirrored built-in doors should be clean & streak free. Check around light switches & door handles for any build-up. Light fittings should be taken down, dusted and put back. Light globes need to be working. Make sure you remove all marks from the walls. Be especially careful about marks created when moving furniture. All rubbish, cleaning products and pot plants must be removed. The property must be completely empty of all your belongings prior to the final inspection. Please clean all windows and window tracks. All windows should be closed.
