Hi everyone, we're after two waiters for our backyard wedding. It's Saturday 21 November at a private property in Dalkeith, 37 guests, all outdoors. We have a private chef and helper doing the food, so this is more about keeping everything running smoothly around them. Roughly 3pm to 9pm, still finalising. What they'd be doing: - Passing canapés around - Clearing plates and glasses - Keeping the food table tidy (dinner is family style so guests help themselves) - Putting dessert out on the shared table - Topping up the drink buckets around the garden - Collecting rubbish We'd go through a plan with them beforehand.
