We are looking for a reliable and professional Booth Assistant for Supanova Sydney 2026. Ruby Art is an international art brand specializing in anime and pop culture inspired artwork, prints, and merchandise. We are seeking someone friendly, responsible, and enthusiastic to represent our brand and assist customers throughout the event. Setup Days Thursday, June 18th between 1-9pm Event Dates: September 19–21, 2026 Sydney, Australia Responsibilities: • Greeting customers and creating a welcoming experience • Assisting with sales transactions • Answering basic questions about products and artwork • Keeping the booth organized and presentable • Assisting with inventory management during the event • Working closely with another team member to ensure smooth booth operations Requirements: • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Reliable, punctual, and professional • Comfortable handling sales transactions • Previous experience in retail, conventions, expos, artist alleys, markets, or similar events is strongly preferred Bonus: • Interest in anime, manga, art, illustration, gaming, or pop culture • Previous experience working at anime conventions, comic conventions, or artist alley booths Please include the following in your application: • A brief summary of your experience • Any convention, expo, artist alley, or retail experience • References, if available
