Hi! I’m looking for 2 experienced and friendly wait staff to help with my 40th birthday party at my home. Date: 7th November 2026 Time: 5pm–10pm Pay: $45 per hour, per person ($225 each / $450 total) Location: West Ryde. It will be a cocktail-style party, so there is no sit-down dinner or formal table service. I’ll have grazing/cheese boards set up, along with party food that will need to be heated in the oven and served to guests throughout the evening. Tasks will include: - Helping with final set-up before guests arrive - Heating and serving finger food - Keeping food and grazing areas tidy and topped up - Collecting used glasses, plates and napkins throughout the party - Washing glasses and keeping the kitchen tidy - General tidying and cleaning as needed throughout the evening - Helping clean up as much as possible before finishing at 10pm I’m looking for people who are proactive and comfortable keeping an eye on things without needing too much direction, so I can relax and enjoy the party! I am looking for an experienced bartender for our party. Saturday 30 January 2027 TBC- approx 50 people. Time: 5:00pm–9:00pm (please come 15 mins early to set up) Location: West Pennant Hills, Sydney  I would like someone to: * Make 5 pre-selected( will confirm with you weeks prior to event) cocktails throughout the evening * Pouring wine, beer, cider and soft drinks * Keeping the bar area tidy and organised * When not busy collecting empty glasses, asking guests if they would like a drink, light tidying etc Everything will be set up and ready for you: * Large bar space (2.4mx1.4m) - direct running water * All alcohol, mixers, ice and garnishes supplied * Glassware supplied * Basic bartending equipment provided (You’re also welcome to bring your own preferred bartending equipment) I am looking for someone friendly, reliable and with initiative to help keep things running smoothly throughout the evening.
