Hi there, We’re looking for 2 experienced RSA bar staff to assist with our wedding recovery event and venue clean-up on Sunday 8 March on the Mornington Peninsula. This role includes both morning bump-out from the wedding the night before, bar service during recovery, and final tidy-up. 🕣 Morning Wedding Bump-Out 8:30am – 10:30am • Collect and stack glassware in dishwasher • Bag bottles and rubbish • Wipe down bar and surfaces • Sweep and mop one indoor timber area • General tidy/reset of space 🍻 Recovery Bar Service 11:00am – 3:00pm (approx. 50 guests) • Serve beer, wine & slushie drinks • Keep bar area tidy • Clear glasses and bottles during service 🧹 Post-Recovery Clean 3:00pm – 4:00pm • Final glass collection • Bag rubbish • Wipe down bar and tables • Leave space clean and presentable Total shift approx. 7 hours per person. We’re looking for: • Experienced event staff • Confident, professional and proactive • RSA required • Able to work efficiently without supervision Please confirm your event experience and whether you recommend 2 staff for this scope. I'm looking for a friendly front-of-house person with customer-service experience to help run a casual indoor/outdoor event on a 5-acre property in Tyabb. The role runs 9:00–17:00 and involves setup, guest welcome, and casual food & drink service for ~ 100 people (50 adults, 50 kids). You will be one of two people doing this task. ## Details - Role: front-of-house / waiter-style position - When: 9:00–17:00 (event day) - Location: Tyabb (5-acre property) - Food/drink: Pizza and soft drinks provided (you must manage breaks so there is always coverage) ## Key responsibilities - Help with setup: arrange tables, chairs, ice buckets and general prep - Greet guests at the front gate (between 9:00–11:00 when needed), check names on a list and direct parking - Serve casual food and drinks from ~10:30 until ~17:00 - Collect canapés, pizzas and gelato from the catering truck and deliver to guests - Take drink orders and retrieve drinks from the bar - Keep the site tidy: collect/empty rubbish, clean spills, and clean up any breakages (dustpan available if needed) - Maintain a visible/uniformed presence so you stand out from guests ## Skills/requirements - Previous customer service or waiting experience - Friendly, reliable and able to work outdoors - Basic ability to carry trays and walk across outdoor terrain - Bring a clear, identifiable uniform (so you stand out from guests) ## How to apply Please reply with: - Brief summary of relevant experience - Confirmation you can work the full shift (9:00–17:00) - Any questions or special requirements

I’m hosting a celebration for my son turning two. It’s a “wheels on the bus” theme, focusing on a main bus cut-out that will be used throughout the theme of the event, using pastel green, yellow, orange and blue as the colour scheme. Wanting: • 2 arches (either blue, green, yellow or white alternating) • 2 custom cut-outs (sun and large bus) • 4m balloon garland • Decal of my sons name We haven’t got an exact location yet but the date is set, I’m currently trying to finalise and find a location in the south-east suburbs.
