This is bit of a left of centre post but I am looking for an experienced and creative woodworker / welder / furniture maker type person to construct for me a custom designed parcel letterbox. The letterbox has a corten steel outer 'shell' and a hardwood timber (or potentially coated plywood) interior 'box', set slightly back from the front of the corten steel shell. The front and back faces of the box need to be hinged and openable for easy access to the letterbox for both us and the postie. The inner box won't have a top (although may need to have a small 'ledge' at each end of the top to allow something to hinge the doors to), so letters can basically drop right into it. I've attached my plan for the letterbox and am looking for someone to help me build it. The pricing I've indicated here is simply a placeholder. If you could provide an idea of timeframe and price to assist, that would be great. I am based in Woodend in the Macedon Ranges, VIC, and would be happy to collect this once built. Please let me know if you have any questions. I've attached an image of an existing letterbox (although this is only corten steel and doesn't use any timber) in the rough style I'm looking to create with this letterbox for your reference. (Note: I am also very open to creative interpretations of my design if you have any practical suggestions that might help improve the build time and cost).

I’ve attached an image of exactly the look, feel, colour scheme, using wood, solid play kitchen & cafe! My kids are not toddlers their ages are 6, 8 & 9 (tall kids) so the height and width are important 190cm width 86cm height 55cm depth Copy the image you see but mirror my sizes please, happy to add an extra cupboard or shelving room for fruits, vegetables, microwave etc and looking for only someone with EXCELLENT craftsmanship. I will cherish it forever!

I’m building a camper van fit-out and already have all the timber materials ready. I need someone with the right tools/workshop to cut the timber into panels/components based on my measurements. What I need: Accurate cutting of timber panels (plywood etc.) Straight, clean cuts (important for fitting inside van) Ability to follow measurements or simple drawings I’ll provide Potentially a few angled or custom cuts depending on layout Materials: All timber supplied by me Tools required (you bring): Table saw / circular saw / track saw (whatever you use for clean, precise cuts) Your own workspace preferred Ideal person: Experience with cabinetry, carpentry, or van fit-outs Attention to detail (this is for a tight-fitting interior build) Location: I can drop materials off and collect once done (Sydney-based) Optional (nice to have): Ability to advise on best way to cut/assemble certain sections
