Need to cut a door opening into a double brick wall. Door width is 1100mm. Must install steel lintel Beam to support walls above the door - see construction note according to Building Permit. Also dispose of all brick rubble. Note: there is 1 power switch close to the opening.

We need this brickwork patched above a door There was a flashing cut into the bricks, so we need those damaged bricks removed and the new (supplied by us) bricks installed - we can provide the sand and cement mix required and we also have the bricks required for the job. Just need the damaged bricks removed and new bricks installed It’s above a door so can be done off a ladder, around 2.7m off the ground. Access is good

Brick edging for lawn: one portion approx 5m length needs to be re-done due to cubby house removal. We have roughly laid some bricks to show the shape desired (pics 1 &2) but it needs to be properly dug in, leveled, mortar etc continuing in the same perimeter style of the rest of lawn as shown in pic 3. We would also like the brick retaining wall of this garden bed re-done (pics 4,5). We have plenty of bricks but you will need to supply mortar and any equipment required. Experienced bricklaying only please. Ideally completed by Thursday 10th as we have lawn replacement starting then.

Existing outdoor brick paving needs levelling and cementing in. Approx 8m x 3.5m area. All bricks in great condition. Base below bricks is sand and grouting between brick is currently a sand composite so easy to remove. May not need all bricks lifted and relevelled but want the job done to last. Good clearance from fence and no underground pipes etc. Quote must include all materials clean up and rubbish removal ideally at the budget price. Must be ABN registered and PL insured.
