I will give you my house floorplan. Its a 7 bedroom house. It's on a 900m2 block. I want my elderly parents to be able to move in. I want to modify it such that there is 1) 1 section for me + my wife + 2 kids 2) 1 section for my parents Likely it will need 2x walls put in and a kitchenette. All I want is a very rough sketch with ideas on where to put the kitchenette and walls to make it private for both parties. I prefer someone with previous experience with this sort of thing and renovations etc. I am after the ideas only, does not have to be professional plans or anything and you can markup the image in as simple as paint or by hand.

We complete around 100–150 granny flats per year all over Sydney , Central Coast & Hunter areas. Due to a large workload, I’m looking for an experienced local draftsperson to assist with: *Client concept plans and then, *CDC/DA approval drawings Preferred software:AutoCAD, Archicad Pay: $750 per project Usually 3–7 day turnaround. I will need ABN registered person as I will need invoices. You pay your own tax. I will require you to sign an NDA. Typical drawing package includes: Cover page & compliance table Site / landscape plan Roof & erosion control plan Floor plan & electrical plan Sections & elevations Expected workload: 3–10 jobs per week You must: Have strong experience with SEPP Housing 2021 Understand CDC requirements for granny flats Be fast, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Each project has 2 stages: 1.
