I have a proposed design of a wardrobe/desk space that we would like to install in our apartment. This would be attached to the wall and built in to look as though it is part of the wall. Am open to quotes on the below work. Note final dimensions will need to be finalised but it will be something similar to these photos below. Also I think there would be build/installation of some built in drawers within those wardrobes also. Please come at me with offers. Ideally this work will be completed around the week starting 27th of July however can be flexible around that. Thank you

Looking for a qualified, VBA-registered Building Designer or Draftsperson to review and finalise a set of redrawn construction drawings for an active three-townhouse development in Merri-bek. CRITICAL NOTE: Both Planning & Building Permits are fully issued. We are NOT applying for new permits or making structural/design changes. This is strictly about ensuring execution-level clarity for construction based on the approved design. Project Scope & Background: • Approved permit drawings were redrawn by an overseas draftsperson to provide better dimensional clarity for the site team. No layout, footprints, or structural elements were altered. • We need a local Victorian professional to cross-check these redrawn files against the stamped council/surveyor plans to ensure absolute accuracy. • Both PDF and editable CAD (.dwg) formats will be provided, alongside the stamped permit sets. • Note: The overseas draftsperson is available to implement any corrections from your review. You won't need to spend hours fixing drafting errors; you can simply direct the required changes. Requirements: • Current registration with the VBA as a Building Practitioner (or ARBV Architect). • Experience with Victorian multi-unit/townhouse developments. • Sharp attention to detail to ensure zero deviation from approved permit parameters. Deliverables: 1. Cross-check redrawn CAD/PDFs against issued permit drawings. 2. Identify/fix notation discrepancies or minor dimensional errors. 3. Coordinate the final, high-quality drawing package for the builder. Please include your VBA/ARBV registration status with your offer.

I represent Peppermint Grove Tennis Club. We are applying for a liquor license, and require scale plans of our club house and grounds. We have old, simple plans but need help updating them and improving the detail/resolution. I think the work can be done remotely using our existing plans, satellite images (and possibly pictures/walk-around by me) as there are no structural changes since plans were drawn up, but correct me if I'm wrong. These do not need to be construction quality/detail. Specifications are as follows: (1b) Floor plans are to be submitted in duplicate, drawn on paper of at least A3 size and to a scale of 1:100, of each level of each building forming part of the relevant premises, showing (a) the uses of each room; (b)and the location of all doors, windows, servery hatches and toilets; (c) and fit out details for all toilets; (d) and the floor layout; (e) and the location of all bars (but not details of any fittings and fixtures related to the bars); (f) and any areas of the relevant premises that are not part of a building, identifying how the boundary of such areas is to be defined (for example, by means of fences, large planter boxes, special inlays in paving or copper log rails); (g) and no details other than those that relate to the relevant premises. (1c) A site plan is to be submitted, drawn to a suitable scale according to the size of the relevant lot, showing (a) an outline of every building on the relevant lot; (b) and the boundary of the relevant lot; (c) and features on the relevant lot such as car parks, vehicle access to adjacent streets and swimming pools; (d) and the name and location of any street forming part of the boundary of the relevant lot.

I have CAD files of my existing house and need a small addition of a new wall on the boundary added and then shadow plans generated of the new shadows on my neighbour's house. I have a features and level survey showing the neighbour's house & windows. This is to get his agreement in principle to the works. I would then move to get a quote for full drafting ready for council submission and a building permit so will need a licensed draftsman at that point.
