Hi! I’m relocating from Adelaide to Perth and am looking for someone reliable to attend an apartment inspection on my behalf. Inspection details: 📍 East Perth 📅 Monday, 6 July 🕓 4:45 pm The task includes: * Attend the apartment inspection on time. * Video call me during the inspection (if possible). * Record a detailed walkthrough video of the entire apartment, including: * Living area * Kitchen * Bedroom * Bathroom * Laundry (if applicable) * Balcony * Car park * Building entrance and common areas * Take clear photos of each room and any important features. * Check the overall condition of the apartment and let me know if you notice any issues (damage, mould, stains, water leaks, etc.). * Ask the real estate agent a few questions if needed. * Send me all videos and photos after the inspection. If possible, I’d also appreciate your honest opinion on the apartment, the building, and the surrounding area. I’m hoping to find someone I can work with for multiple inspections over the next few weeks, so there may be ongoing opportunities if all goes well. Thank you! 😊

One of our tradesman seeks to rent his beautiful newly acquired property. Its a 4 bed 4 bath 1 garage 1 driveway over three levels. It has a fully self contained spacious studio on the ground level with seperate entrance, and 2 terraces and 1 deck on the upper levels. 1 single garage with electic tilt door and driveway car space in Coorparoo with spacious Southerly views. Looking for an agent, doesn't have to be a Reg REA, who can find a long term tennat at $1850/PW Slightly high but achievable and have had offers.. In return he's prepared to offer the first two weeks rent to the plus potentially a small % of the weekly rent plus a further % if they would like to manage to property. The terms of the rental agreement are somewhat flexible but can be discussed. The other option is to rent the top two levels for $1450. It currently has a Realestate.com listing by Ray White but seeking extra input and orefeteable a signed lease without all the RE expense and formality. Task ideally suited to someone who has connections to people who may like to rent this as opposed to someone who thinks listing of realestate or domain or Facebook will do the trick. These avenues are currently already being persued.

We run a pool cleaning and pool services business across Sydney and need someone organised to help with weekly admin and operations support. I am looking for someone for a few hours each week to help keep our pool cleaning jobs, technicians and customer enquiries organised. The main things I need help with are: -Scheduling pool cleaning and service jobs -Helping organise bookings, follow ups and technician schedules across Sydney. -Customer communication -Answering or returning customer calls, replying to messages and helping customers with basic booking questions. -Admin and CRM support -Updating customer details, job notes and booking information in our CRM or operations system. -Creating quotes and invoices in our Xero software -Helping improve our processes -I will work with you to set up better systems for bookings, reminders, job tracking and follow up. -General operations support -Keeping things tidy, checking that jobs are properly recorded and helping make sure nothing gets missed. You do not need to be a pool expert. The most important things are that you are organised, thorough, reliable, comfortable speaking with customers and happy using systems such as CRMs, calendars, job management tools and Invoice Management Software. This would suit someone with experience as an admin assistant, virtual assistant, operations assistant, scheduler, receptionist or customer service person. The work will start at a 8-12 hours per week, with the potential for more hours as the business grows.
