I’m looking for someone with good sewing skills within approximately 20 minutes’ drive of Erskineville, NSW. I’ll be delivering and collecting all materials myself. The panels will hang in front of a wall mirror, covering the mirror glass while leaving the decorative frame fully visible. The job is intentionally straightforward: * Simple folded hem on both vertical edges. * Simple rod pocket at the top. * Simple rod pocket at the bottom. The rod pockets need to comfortably accommodate 22 mm timber dowels (supplied). Prototype first I’d like the plain black panel completed first so I can test-fit it on the mirror using my hanging hardware. Once the fit is confirmed, the remaining three panels can be sewn using the same method. I’ll provide: * Four pieces of fabric. * Two 22 mm timber dowels. * AI render showing the finished appearance. * AI render showing the rod pocket construction. * Simple dimensioned sketch. * Photos showing the correct orientation of the patterned fabrics (each panel will also be clearly marked). Finished requirements: * Finished size: 1165 mm wide × 1045 mm high. * The 1045 mm finished height is measured from the top of the upper rod pocket to the bottom of the lower rod pocket (rod pockets included). * Panel should completely cover the mirror glass while leaving the mirror frame fully visible. * Dowels must slide comfortably through both rod pockets. The exact fold positions may be determined by you to achieve these finished dimensions. Logistics * I will deliver and collect all materials. * Looking for someone within approximately 20 minutes of Erskineville, NSW. * Flexible with timing. Experience sewing curtains, blinds or home furnishings would be ideal. Please include a brief description of your experience with your quote.

The Neckline & Straps: A clean, youthful, and modest one-shoulder asymmetrical front neckline supported by a structural tank strap. 2. The Back Architecture: Please replicate the exact single, sharp geometric diagonal back strap cutting across a completely open low back, exactly as shown in the third panel of the attached image. The back fabric should be completely clean and un-ruched. 3. The Skirt: A classic midi skirt hitting mid-calf, featuring a subtle, conservative low side-leg slit that starts around mid-thigh to allow for comfortable movement when walking and sitting. 4. Fabric & Color: A premium, medium-to-heavy weight Stretch Satin or Silk Blend in a luminous Dark Mulberry or Rich Dark Cherry tone. I want a subtle surface sheen to beautifully catch the light.

It currently has a Realestate.com listing by Ray White but seeking extra input and orefeteable a signed lease without all the RE expense and formality. Task ideally suited to someone who has connections to people who may like to rent this as opposed to someone who thinks listing of realestate or domain or Facebook will do the trick. These avenues are currently already being persued.
