Trial delivery shift — potential for regular ongoing work I'm looking for a reliable driver for a paid trial shift with our growing Sydney-based dairy delivery business (30k rev/month). If the trial goes well, there is potential for regular weekly work described below (where you keep 50/50 profits of my business per week up to a cap of 2000$/week), as i do all the admin, customers, suppliers, you just have to drive with me as co driver and then drive yourself after enough experience. We are growing fast, profit is 750-1000$/week each, soon will be 2k. What the trial involves: • One day of Sydney suburban deliveries in a refrigerated HiAce van • Approximately 8-10 hours of work • I'll be with you the entire time to navigate, assist with deliveries and show you the ropes • Delivering dairy products to residential customers across Sydney metro • Loading and unloading at each stop (products are manageable weight) Date/time: Flexible — happy to work around your availability this week or next Budget: $250 for the trial day What the ongoing role looks like if it's a good fit: This is a 4-day per week schedule: • Tuesday & Wednesday: Sydney suburban deliveries (early starts, home by evening) • Thursday & Friday: Interstate Melbourne route with one overnight stay, returning to Sydney by Friday Approximately 40-50 hours per week total across the 4 days. I drive with you on the Melbourne route to share the load and provide breaks on the longer legs. Earnings for the ongoing role are performance-based starting at up to $2,000/week. The business is currently generating $30,000/month in revenue and growing week on week. All costs covered by the business — van, fuel, food on the road. Requirements: • Valid driver's licence with clean record • Comfortable driving a large LWB refrigerated van • Physically able to assist with loading and unloading dairy products • Comfortable with overnight interstate travel • Punctual, reliable and able to work independently once trained
