Looking for a Sydney-based, Registered Tax Agent (CPA or CA) to prepare and lodge the 2026 & 2025 financial year annual tax return for our Pty Ltd Landscaping company. Our business turns over roughly $64,000 per month. We use MYOB for all our bookkeeping, and majority of the files are reconciled. We have submitted our quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS). We need two things from this job: 1. A brief review of our MYOB Chart of Accounts and ledger setup to ensure everything is mapped correctly for future tax years. 2. Preparation and lodgment of the statutory financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and the Company Tax Return (Form C) with the ATO. We are after someone who can check and understand our accounts along with provide insight on the current business performance. Please confirm in your offer that you are an active Registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) and as a bonus a myob partner would be fantastic. Will have a lot of ongoing work for the right team/person.

Hey, need a tax agent/accountant to prepare and lodge our tax returns – one Pty Ltd company and one trust. We do all our own bookkeeping in Xero, it's up to date, and all BAS is already lodged. Just need someone to prepare and lodge: Company tax return (company made a loss this year, need to carry forward last year's losses too) Trust tax return (trust barely did anything this year, only a few transactions under $100 total, super simple) Will give you accountant access to Xero.
