I am looking for a licensed and insured Arborist to manage the complete removal of a tree from the front yard of a residential duplex, including handling the local council application process. ​The Tree: ​Species: Paperbark (Melaleuca) tbc ​Location: Front yard near the brick fence line. ​Scope of Work: ​Assessment & Council Approval: Inspect the tree and prepare/submit the required arborist report and tree removal application to Cumberland City Council on my behalf. ​Safe Tree Removal: Once council approval is granted, safely cut down and remove the tree without damaging the surrounding fences, property, or landscaping. ​Stump Grinding: Grind the stump below ground level. ​Waste Removal & Clean-Up: Completely remove all green waste, timber, and debris from the site. We have a fig tree on our neighbours property that significantly overhangs our fence and drops fig fruits and leaves. Our neighbour is happy for us to remove some of the branches. A quote would be much appreciated and potentially a visit and or agrees on what branches would go.
