We have a large fig tree out the back of our apartment building that needs a solid trim. Probably taking a good 2-3 metres off the top. This is something we get done every couple of years. The base of the tree can be accessed through the back of our property. It's on a slope but should be easy to climb. You'll need a wood chipper as we've had complaints from the neighbours about the large number of branches left after the last job. Or, most of the branches will need to be transported away as part of the job. Due to the slope, the branches fall into the neighbours driveway. So you'll need to make sure this is cleaned up. We have dedicated visitor parking in our apartment grounds. Depending on its size, the wood chipper will probably fit there. It's about a 15 meter walk to the tree. No powerlines close by. The apartment building is two stories. 8 units. We're on the top floor. You'll need to show a Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance and AQF Level 3 qualification (minimum). You're welcome to come by the apartment to give a quote.

Price is just for an initial look at the trees Council have said for two gum trees in my yard I need a Picus scan done to further justify removal. Since then (Feb 2026), stone wall around one tree has toppled so I think council would be open to a change in circumstance Looking for a site visit from insured AQF5 arborist who has Picus, with quotes for report/picus/certainty around council decision before committing to an expensive scan/report

Need arborist to trim down neighbours tree that hangs over the boundary fence. And trim some tree at the back of property canopy to let more sun and remove tree trimming waste and tidy up. Plenty of good access enough for a truck and chipper at the back carpark. We have cut what we can reach already but we want a professional to handle the rest. And take this waste already. You will need an arborist ladder, or cherry picker or climber or long pole saw to trip canopy area.
