I have a tree in my backyard that is at risk of falling on my neighbours house. It also looks like it is starting to rot. I need a level 5 arborist report.

I need a qualified arborist to trim a large tree in my backyard in Normanhurst. My regular gardener has advised this is outside their insurance limit due to the height, so I am looking for a professional with the right equipment and cover. The Job: Location: Normanhurst, NSW (access via side passage via neighbour, but tree is tall). Task: Trimming/reducing the height of a large tree (see photos). Waste: All green waste must be mulched and taken away. Requirements (Must Have): Qualification: Must be a qualified Arborist (Level 3 or higher). Insurance: Must have your own Public Liability Insurance for tree work (please be prepared to show a Certificate of Currency). Equipment: You will likely need climbing gear or a pole saw with significant reach; please assess based on the photo. Access: Standard residential side access. We have a vertical rockface that we want completely shaved back (excluding a few plants we want to retain) and weeded. Some big branches need to be cut and all waste taken away. Would like to have this done three times a year ie. every 4 months

These trees are numbered 4, 5, 17 and 18 in the attached arborist plans and are highlighted and numbered accordingly in the attached photos. I’m looking for a AQF level 5 Arborist to issue a report for the removal or relocation of a tree blocking a proposed driveway. I have reached out to Penrith City Council regarding a pruning or a removal request and they’ve denied it citing an arborist report is required. The property is about 60-70 years old, likely the tree is of the same or similar age so that could assist with the report.

Submitting a council DA for driveway extension there is a tree near the driveway on nature strip and council requires an arborist report to be submitted to confirm roots of tree aren’t impacted. I think it’s a straight forward review.

There is a tree in my backyard in Penrith. Recently a branch fell during strong wind, and I’m concerned about safety. The tree has also caused root issues in the past affecting the sewer line. I would like a qualified arborist to inspect and assess the tree, advise whether removal is recommended, assist with the council permit application if required, and provide a quote for full removal.
