A large Laurel Camphor (approx 20m) grows in my neighbour's yard. Its crown covers altogether four adjacent properties. A detached garage at the corner of my property is only about 1.2m from the trunk. I have recently discovered that large root systems have developed under the slab of the garage causing the slab to lift significantly, and causing the garage (timber structure) to lean. I would like someone to come assess the situation and make some recommendations on what can be done to recitfy the situation in a safe and cost effective way. Edit. I believe the whole body of work is a two step process. First, is this assessment and the second is the actionable, a separate (paid) task depending on assessment and recommendations.

Looking for an AQF Level 5 Consulting Arborist to inspect a protected Norfolk Island Pine and prepare a Council-ready report for a tree removal application/reconsideration. The tree is very close to our house. Roots were found around a damaged drain during recent drainage works, and we have a plumber’s report regarding the root issue. There is also cracking to the existing garage concrete and further cracking after the drainage works. Council previously questioned whether the roots could be attributed to this particular tree. We need an independent professional assessment of the tree and root-related issues. Please only offer if you are AQF Level 5 and experienced in preparing Council tree removal reports. I need to cut down a dead tree from my backyard. the tree is around 6-10m tall. (The main trunk is around 6m) Ideally to save on costs I don't need to dispose of the wood, I will keep it to use as fire wood. A Council tree fell on our car after the extreme winds last Saturday, which caused severe damage, making our car not suitable for driving. Need arborist to trim down neighbours tree that hangs over the boundary fence. And trim some tree at the back of property canopy to let more sun and remove tree trimming waste and tidy up. Plenty of good access enough for a truck and chipper at the back carpark. We have cut what we can reach already but we want a professional to handle the rest. And take this waste already.
