With a background in journalism, the arts sector and project management, Simon’s skillset means he is able to offer a wide range of skills on Airtasker, from curating installations to furniture assembly, personal assistant services to painting and repairs.
Airtasker now makes up around half of Simon’s income, saying if he shifted to the platform full-time he could earn up to £2,500 a month. He credits Airtasker with giving him financial security, flexibility and independence.
