Hi I’m located in Cranbourne East and need a quick quote to fix a leaking ensuite shower screen and refresh the tiles. The silicone sealant along the outer bottom track of our semi-frameless screen has completely failed and deteriorated, causing water to pool onto the floor tiles. The job will involve: 1. Fully stripping back the old, degraded silicone along the outer base frame. 2. Cleaning, killing the mold, and completely drying the area. 3. Running a fresh bead of premium, mould-resistant wet area silicone along the outside perimeter only. 4. Scraping out, cleaning, and regrouting the ensuite floor tiles and the immediate surrounding wall tiles inside the shower recess. I have photos of the shower area ready to send over.
