Compile all chapters into one document Title page Abstract Declaration Acknowledgements Table of contents List of figures and tables Abbreviations Chapter 1 onwards References Appendices Arrange chapters in the correct order Ensure chapter numbering, headings and subheadings are consistent throughout. Format the document Set consistent margins and page sizes. Apply consistent fonts and paragraph spacing. Start each chapter on a new page. Check headers and footers. Apply correct page numbering. Ensure headings have consistent styles. Check cross-referencing Figures and tables are numbered correctly. In-text citations match the reference list. Internal chapter references are correct. Tables of contents and lists are updated.
