Staircase decorating

Scope of work for decorating the tall stairway (approximately 4m at the highest point): Wall 1 (Feature Wall - Stairway to Loft Extension): Wallpaper installation on high wall. Preparation: Wall has already been filled and sanded by owner. Materials: Wallpaper provided by owner. Walls 2 & 3 (Main Stairway Walls): Prep and paint two high walls (2 coats plus touch-ups). Preparation: Minor filling (a couple of nail holes) and light sanding required. Materials: Colour paint provided by owner. Woodwork & Skirting: Make good staircase skirting which has small cracks (fill, sand, and paint). Materials: White wood paint provided by owner. Ceiling: Make good ceiling surface (peeling and cracking paint - fill, sand and paint as required) and paint. Materials: White ceiling paint provided by owner. Site Protection: Ensure dust containment and protection for the rest of the house throughout the work.
