New Stratco verandah approximately 4.9m wide × 2.9m deep already installed. Looking for a qualified roof plumber to: Install/complete the gutter along the front edge of the verandah. Install the 75mm PVC downpipe at the end of the gutter, as shown on the approved Stratco plans. Connect the new downpipe into the existing property stormwater system. The plans show the verandah downpipe location but not the exact connection point, so this will need to be determined on site. Complete the works ready for the building inspector’s final inspection. Approved Stratco plans can be provided. Gutter/downpipe components are already supplied with the verandah. Plumbing compliance certificate required on completion
