Replace damaged scotia around kitchen island bench

Need a qualified carpenter/handyman to replace the damaged scotia (floor trim) around a kitchen island bench in a rental property. Includes removing the old scotia, cutting and fitting new scotia with mitred corners, and finishing neatly. The new scotia must match the existing laminate floor colour and profile. Photos attached.
