Need a large yucca stump dug out of a raised garden bed. The bed sits 70cm up behind a limestone block wall, so a stump grinder is unlikely to fit, will need hand tools I assume. The stump sits against fence and limestone wall so care must be taken to not damage. Can leave stump cuttings and waste on site out the front for council collection.
