Hi, I’m looking to get a few small maintenance jobs done around the house: Bathroom: Remove the existing grout/sealant around the edges of the bath and replace it with fresh sealant where needed. Kitchen: Remove and replace the old sealant around the edge of the kitchen sink. Bedroom: Remove and replace the existing sealant around the frames of all five bedroom windows. I’d like all the old, worn or damaged material removed properly before applying the new sealant, leaving everything neat, clean and watertight please!
