Regular House Cleaner Wanted – 3 Bedroom Townhouse (Ongoing) We are looking for a reliable, thorough and detail-oriented cleaner for a 3-bedroom townhouse in Brisbane. We would like to arrange 2.5 - 3 hours of cleaning per visit, initially fortnightly until Christmas, then every 3 weeks thereafter. We are reasonably flexible with days and times and are looking for someone interested in a long-term arrangement. Regular cleaning tasks: - Thorough bathroom cleaning, including showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors and tiles - Vacuuming and mopping floors throughout the townhouse - Dusting and wiping down surfaces, furniture and shelves - Kitchen cleaning, including benchtops, stovetop, splashback, sink and appliance exteriors - Cleaning mirrors, windowsills and light switches - General dusting and upkeep throughout the home Rotating / occasional cleaning tasks: Not everything needs to be completed each visit, but we would appreciate someone who can rotate through additional tasks, including: - Cleaning skirting boards, doors and door tracks - Wiping down cupboards and shelving - Vacuuming sofas and upholstered furniture - Removing cobwebs and spot-cleaning walls - Cleaning inside the microwave, fridge or cupboards as required What we're looking for: Someone experienced, trustworthy and thorough, who takes pride in their work and has excellent attention to detail. Ideally, someone who is proactive in identifying areas requiring attention rather than needing detailed instructions each visit. We would prefer someone who can provide their own cleaning equipment and products, although this is negotiable. Please include your availability, relevant experience and proposed price for a 2.5-hour clean. We are hoping to establish a long-term arrangement with the right person.
