Its difficult too unlock the door. I have to jiggle the key for a good five minutes before it unlocks. very frustrating. Please comeWe need a new key for our front door. I dont necessarily need both locks fixed i essentially just want keys cut for the existing bottom lock, or have the top lock serviced and keys cut.
