Location: Wembley, WA Dates: 10–11 November 2026 (Preferred) Looking for an experienced, fully qualified and insured electrician to complete residential lighting and electrical installation works. Scope of Work 1. Downlights - Install 15 new LED downlight points, including wiring. - Replace 7 existing light fittings with LED downlights. - Total: 22 LED downlights. - All downlights MUST be plug-in type, with suitable plug sockets installed in the ceiling (no direct hardwiring of downlight fittings). - Downlight switches must be dimmable, with compatible dimmer switches installed where required. - All downlights must be compatible with the dimmer switches. - I can supply the downlights if required. 2. Pendant Lights - Install 7 customer-supplied pendant lights. 3. Laundry Lighting - Install 1 customer-supplied laundry light fitting. 4. External Lighting - Replace 2 existing external lights with customer-supplied fittings. 5. Bathroom LED Mirrors - Disconnect and reinstall an existing LED mirror. - Install a new customer-supplied LED mirror. - Provide new electrical wiring and power connections as required. 6. Testing and Compliance - Complete all necessary electrical testing and commissioning. Must be a fully qualified and licensed electrician. - Must provide Electrical Safety Certificate upon completion. - Must have appropriate tools, equipment and experience. Please provide a competitive fixed-price quote. Most light fittings will be supplied by me.
