I am looking for a University Professor to help me master my English.

I am 99% fluent in English but I cannot master it - which prevents me from climbing up the career ladder. I am also dyslectic which adds some complexity to it. I am looking for a current or retired University Professor who has time and patience to help me reach my goals.
