1 king size mattress, dining table & 4 chairs, 3 seater couch, floor length mirror, desk, 2 door bar cabinet, 4 seater outdoor dining table & chairs, TV and then all of the usual clothes bags/boxes, kitchen utensils, pots pans etc, microwave and kettle etc. We need 2 people to do this. I cannot help as I am pregnant. The stairs in the flat are only 3 steps inside the flat, 1 step outside the front door and 3 in the hallway. It is a garden flat. Will provide photos of that.
