I need a small eaves storage space in my loft conversion cleared out. It's on the second floor of a house in Walthamstow, London. Pest control has confirmed mice and the space is being treated, so there are droppings and possibly some dead mice inside. What I need: • Empty the storage space. It's mostly filled with old clothes, shoes, files and paperwork. • Bag everything to be disposed of (around 70% of the stuff) which can be thrown away in the bin outside. • Set aside the items I'm keeping: a laptop, a few pairs of shoes, some frames and some bags. Please bag these separately and put them in a separate area. Please bring or wear gloves and a mask or I can provide these. It’s a small storage area that needs emptying and I think this will take around 1 hour as it’s essentially just throwing most things away.
