Help hang curtain rails

Hello, I have 2 curtain poles and a blind that I need help installing to the wall. The Curtain Poles-One is around 100cm long and the other is around 300cm long. (I can't remember the exact measurements)They are both the extendable kind from Dunelm. The poles do come with attachment pieces. I would also need the blind fitted to the wall on the outside of the window recess. This also comes with attachment pieces.
