Expert AI Developer / Full-Stack Engineer – Build Online Platform App

I’m seeking an experienced developer or technical lead to design, build and launch RPM Promotions, a scalable international membership, rewards and promotional platform. This is a complete commercial software project, not a basic website. I want someone who can take ownership from planning and architecture through to launch, using AI wherever practical to accelerate development and automate operations. Required Skills: * Full-stack development, front end, back end, APIs and databases. * Professional websites and iOS/Android mobile apps. * AI agents, AI-assisted coding, workflow automation and integrations. * Secure customer accounts, business/creator dashboards and administration portals. * Membership systems, recurring subscriptions, payment gateways and refunds. * Self-service promotional campaign setup, approvals, prize management and reporting. * Competition software, automated compliance workflows and audit trails. * CRM, customer support, analytics and financial dashboards. * Social media integrations, marketing automation, SEO and advertising tracking. * Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, fraud prevention and scalability. * Testing, deployment, documentation and ongoing technical support. What I Require: Someone who can take this project from concept to a fully operational business. Must have proven experience developing commercial platforms and be capable of recommending technology, budgets and development milestones. Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate specialists are essential. Sydney-based preferred. Individuals or experienced small teams welcome.
