I’m looking for an experienced professional timber flooring specialist to assess, sand and recoat approximately 37 m² of existing engineered timber flooring, approximately 9 years old. Areas include lounge, kitchen and small entry. The flooring is in generally good condition but has some surface wear, scratches and colour variation from sunlight. I would like to retain the existing flooring rather than replace it. Requirements: * Demonstrated professional experience sanding and refinishing engineered timber floors. * Ability to assess whether the existing wear layer is suitable for sanding. * Professional dust-extraction sanding equipment. * Advice on suitable finishes, preferably a durable, low-maintenance matte or satin finish. * An itemised quote including preparation, sanding, coating materials and labour. Please provide examples of previous timber floor refinishing work. I’m looking for a qualified, experienced flooring professional rather than a general handyman.
