Damage, wear, defects, and anything broken or not functioning. The condition of doors, locks, windows, fixtures, fittings, appliances, and furniture. Cleanliness issues, including anything overlooked before I moved in. Any discrepancies between the property's actual condition and the photographs or descriptions in the report. Please do not rely on what the existing report says. Physically inspect and verify everything.
