Hi, I’m looking for someone who was born and raised in Australia to help me practise real-life Aussie English in person. I’m planning to have two sessions per week, and each session will be 2 hours. The rate will be $80 per session. I’d like to meet at a library around Top Ryde, Ryde, Rhodes, or Olympic Park. Ideally, we can use a study room or a quiet space in the library. I’m not looking for textbook English or overly simplified learner English. I want to learn natural Aussie English — the way Australians actually speak in everyday life, at work, with friends, and in casual situations. I’d like to practise not only casual conversation, but also topic-based discussions across different subjects, such as work, culture, daily life, fitness, relationships, opinions, and real-life social situations. I’m looking for someone who can help with natural expressions, pronunciation, intonation, Aussie slang, role-play, and direct correction when my English sounds awkward or unnatural. I may ask a lot of questions, so I’d really appreciate someone who is patient, honest, kind, and genuinely willing to help. I don’t want the session to be too formal or overly softened.
